For 24 years, the Horizons School has provided young adults with a college-like experience as they live away from home, develop a group of lifelong friends and work in the community. We guide students to develop, implement and evaluate personal goals. We offer individuals with learning and other disabilities inclusive, holistic life preparatory program.
The Horizons School offers a non-degree transition program specifically designed to facilitate personal, social and career independence for students with specific learning disabilities and other handicapping conditions.
